Despite suffering from hearing loss, people can still enjoy certain frequencies of music. Many people with hearing loss can still perceive low-frequency sounds, such as bass or drums, which can be felt as vibrations. Additionally, some may still be able to hear higher frequency sounds, but with reduced clarity. By focusing on the frequencies that they can hear, individuals with hearing loss still find enjoyment and pleasure in listening to music. Globally, as many as 430 million people suffer from disabling hearing loss.

So to both honor its past as the loudest brand in music, and to champion a new beginning, Marshall creates Deaf Certified.
